From design to delivery, we are so happy with our experience with the Island Shade Shoppe. Garrette helped us in selecting and giving us options that maintained the aesthetic of rooms. Cyndie and Matt were great in scheduling our set up and installation for our shades. Their whole team communicates so well and service was very white glove. We hope to use them again for the rest of our window covering needs in the future.

We have had such good experiences with Island Shade Shoppe. They are always timely and so kind during install. We have used them multiple times with no issues. Our most recent install, our client wanted to move the cords to the outside of the shade instead of inside for easier access. Island Shade Shoppe came out to the house again and fixed it with no hesitation. Great customer service!

Dianna and Katie were amazing to work with when choosing shades and blinds for my newly renovated home. I can be very indecisive at times and they made the process super easy on me by showing me only a few options based on my decor as opposed to many. They are very skilled in finding complementary selections based on your decor. The entire process, including installation, was very quick. Katie Jones and Dianna were 'beyond' great in helping me through my situation. While building a new house and home, and due to some family medical issues, I was tasked with selecting all of the interior items necessary for our new home.
 
Katie visited the new house, we discussed various ideas, then brought me samples, explained her recommendations, and together with Dianna's input, I selected our window treatments.
 
Needless to say, they turned out great, the wife is happy, and the home beautifully appointed with our window/door selections. The installation, any fine tuning, and final installation turnover of Hunter Douglas's fine product went very smoothly. You won't go wrong with this lady...she walks the talk...Katie is the best!

EEEP! I love Katie and Island Shade Shoppe. They installed the most beautiful shades in my new home and we get compliments on them every time someone comes over. We went with the easy rise shades, and it truly has been a game changer in our home - I can actually rely on my husband to close the shades now (-; They're so professional and easy to work with, I truly couldn't recommend them more. Katie met me at my house despite being in the middle of construction, and showed me exactly what I was looking for and then walked through exactly what I needed and what would be the best fit for me. We are so thrilled with the result and can't wait to use them for the rest of our home as it finishes renovations!
